Argyris’ most recent feature film, MONDAY starring Sebastian Stan and Denise Gough, was his first English language feature. The film premiered at the TIFF, and the Tribeca Film Festival, and was released theatrically by IFC in the US and distributed internationally by Paramount. His previous feature, SUNTAN premiered at the Rotterdam International Film Festival and SXSW, won the best film at the Edinburgh film festival, the youth jury award in Brussels, a nomination for the Lux Prize of the European Parliament, and seven Hellenic Academy awards among other international distinctions. His second feature film, WASTED YOUTH opened the 40th Rotterdam International Film Festival before screening at more than 40 festivals around the world including Toronto, Karlovy Vary and Bafici, and his debut feature film, BANK BANG was a major commercial and critical hit, earning Argyris a win for the First Time Director Award from the Hellenic Film Academy.
Last, but not least, Argyris has no hobbies whatsoever.
